Dad moved into Alandale in August 2019. He soon settled into his new home enjoying the company of the staff and other residents. The family atmosphere, regular home cooked meals, excellent personal care, and variety of daily entertainment meant no two days  were the same so no time to be bored. When illness struck as it did from time to time , the staff were quick to alert the medical services and us family. Their attentive care assisted a good recovery. No home is perfect but Alandale comes close, should a problem arise it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently. As a family we cannot thank them enough for their excellent care, attention to detail, kindness to Dad and us family when sadly Dads life came to an end in July 2020.

We would highly recommend Alandale to anyone seeking 24 hour care for their loved one .

My mother in law & aunt have been in the Home for a while and are both very happy. The recent refurbishment
you have done is of a good standard and has made the Home brighter and very homely. The staff are very friendly
and helpful. The temperature is a little high in the public areas but the elderly do feel the cold. You have an excellent
duty of care and I would recommend the Home to anyone
